The Gasthof Adler in Sempach underwent a complete renovation. The existing building was entirely modernized and functionally reorganized. Four condominiums were created on the upper floors, while the Gasthof Adler has reopened on the lower floors and continues its operations.

 

Duboc + Friedrich, commissioned by Halter AG, handled buyer management for the four condominiums. This included coordinating the buyers, managing costs, deadlines, and quality in relation to buyer requirements, and coordinating with authorities, specialist planners, and construction companies.
