The property at Bahnhofstrasse 71 is a mixed-use building with retail, office, and residential spaces. As part of the project, ongoing maintenance and renovation work is carried out, necessary adjustments to meet energy efficiency requirements according to the GEAK (Swiss Energy Certificate for Buildings) are reviewed and implemented, and fit-outs are coordinated when tenants change. Particular attention is paid to the facades facing Bahnhofstrasse and Uraniastrasse, which are listed as historical monuments and must be preserved in all work.

 

Duboc + Friedrich handles client consulting and project and construction management. Our tasks include, in particular, evaluating the necessary renovation and maintenance work, coordinating with tenants and managing tenant fit-outs, and ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
