Kühne+Nagel's headquarters in Feusisberg underwent a partial renovation, modernizing the building and adapting it to current work and organizational structures. The work included the refurbishment of office and common areas, as well as employee kitchens and break rooms, technical upgrades, and the optimization of internal processes.

 

Duboc + Friedrich was commissioned by Unispace Global Ltd. to manage the project and construction. The biggest challenge was that the renovation had to take place while the other floors remained fully operational. A key aspect of our work was stakeholder management with Kühne+Nagel to optimally coordinate the needs of employees and administration. We ensured adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality standards, and facilitated seamless communication with specialist planners, contractors, and authorities.
