Due to strong company growth, Just Eat Takeaway in Zurich needed larger office space that met the requirements of a modern, open-plan work environment. The project encompassed the planning and implementation of new workspaces, the design of communal and break areas, and the installation of technical equipment. The goal was to create an environment that is young, dynamic, and flexible enough to respond to future needs.

 

Duboc + Friedrich took over project and construction management. Our tasks included, in particular, conducting technical due diligence on the new rental space, coordinating the interfaces between the building's foundation and tenant fit-out, liaising with the owner, and coordinating with the Just Eat Take project and design team based on internal design guidelines. We were also responsible for coordinating all project stakeholders and managing costs, schedules, and quality.
