The penthouse apartment at Seidengasse 6 underwent a complete renovation. The objective was to fully renew the living space, achieve a higher standard of finish, and meet current energy efficiency requirements.

 

Duboc + Friedrich was responsible for project and construction management. Our tasks included coordinating the renovation works, ensuring compliance with GEAK and regulatory requirements, liaising with consultants and contractors, and working closely with the interior design office Studio Hofmatt. In addition, we managed costs, schedules, and quality throughout the project.
