The AMBER project at Universitätstrasse 105 in Zurich involved an extensive demolition and renovation of an existing commercial and office building. The objective was to modernize the building technically and functionallyand transform it into an urban, flexible environment for office and commercial use, including attractive ancillary spaces. The planning incorporated the innovative 2226 building concept for energy optimization and meets the requirements for flexibility, sustainability, and user comfort.

 

Duboc + Friedrich supported FREO in project and construction management. Our scope of work included coordinating project stakeholders, liaising with consultants and authorities, site supervision, and controlling costs, schedules, and quality throughout the project.
