At Rigistrasse 35 in Lucerne, a new residential building with nine high-quality condominiums has been developed in a prominent location above Lake Lucerne. The development features premium architecture, generous outdoor spaces, and attractive panoramic views of the city, lake, and Alps. The apartments range from 2.5- to 5.5-room units, offering flexible layouts and modern technical fittings.

 

Duboc + Friedrich was appointed by ARWAL Immobilien AG / Arthur Waser Group to provide buyer managementfor all nine condominiums. Our responsibilities included coordinating the buyers, aligning buyer requests with planning and construction, and ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements throughout the project.
