Project: Expansion of Novo Nordisk's new office space

A new office space was developed for the Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk at The Circle location at Zurich Airport. The project encompassed the development and implementation of a modern workplace concept to support efficient work processes and open, networked team structures. The design of the office and communal areas was based on the client's functional requirements and integrated open workspaces as well as zoned meeting and retreat rooms.

 

Duboc + Friedrich supported Unispace Global Ltd. with project and construction management. Our tasks included coordinating project stakeholders, liaising with specialist planners and contractors, and managing costs, schedules, and quality throughout all project phases. Furthermore, we were responsible for coordinating technical and design requirements during the ongoing construction process and ensuring efficient collaboration among all parties involved. A key aspect was coordinating the various stakeholders during the tenant fit-out phase of the major project, The Circle, to efficiently and punctually meet the requirements of the owner, tenants, planners, and contractors.
