The Weidsicht residential development in Pfäffikon (ZH) comprises six apartment buildings with a total of 38 condominiums of varying sizes and types. Nestled into the south-facing slope, the development features spacious floor plans and a strong orientation towards the surrounding area, offering expansive views. It is situated in a quiet, yet centrally located residential neighborhood, in close proximity to open meadows and well-connected infrastructure.

 

Duboc + Friedrich, commissioned by Steiner AG, managed the buyer relationships for all 38 condominiums in the Weidsicht development. Our responsibilities included coordinating the buyers, aligning buyer preferences with planning and construction, communicating with the developer and owner, and ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality requirements throughout the marketing and handover processes. Our involvement ensured efficient communication between buyers, planners, and contractors, tailored to the specific needs of the purchasers.
